TRANS HEALTH
- Trans Health UK provides information on trans healthcare in the UK during the COVID-19 lockdown, including information about GIC services and private clinics, and answers to frequently asked questions
- Gender Construction Kit provides a wealth of information on parts of the transition process, specific to the UK
FOOD
- Empty Kitchens, Full Hearts deliver free meals across Edinburgh
- Edinburgh Food Project operate foodbanks across Edinburgh
- Fresh Start Pantry is a community food club supporting people across North Edinburgh
- The Hays Community Pantry is a community pantry in South East Edinburgh
- Granton Hub has a pantry open fortnightly
- Soul Food Edinburgh host community meals in a variety of churches around Edinburgh, provided free and home-cooked food in a safe space
MONEY
- Small Trans Library Glasgow run a fund for trans people (not means tested)
- Citizens Advice Bureau can help with financial support and a variety of other support needs
- You can search for financial grants using the Turn2Us grants search tool
- The Scottish Welfare Fund provides grants to people who have an immediate need
- You can apply for a Discretionary Housing Payment to help with housing payments
